India and Bharat

This time in month of July when I was going to visit my maternal uncle who lives in Banda (u.p.).
I took a bus from Manikpur to banda. On my way I passed through one of most underdeveloped region of the country .
I saw banners and posters showing Mrs Babu Lal Kushwaha being inducted in S.P. Babu Lal Kushwaha is prime accused in NHRM scam. It is clear that S.P. is doing this to woo non-yadav obcs of that region but bigger question is why corrupt people still holds vote bank?? Is corruption not an issue for poor of this country??
The answer is very -very simple .There are two countries in this India. One who cares for dollar ,inflation, sensex, GDP etc for other India cast still matters ,and winning bread is more important than all big economic terms. Irony of this country is that those who understand the economy and who lives in 21st century ,they simply don't vote and those who vote  care only about cast.
Now why is so ?? One reason is that the one who is blessed with everything doesn't give his fellow citizen equal respect and doesn't care to stand in a line to vote along with common people.

Another thing is that media ,NGOs and whole civil society doesn't want to focus on basic issue I.e. education . No one in this country want to ir bother to improve the quality of education in government schools and colleges because children of blessed people can study in international public schools because they have money. Even after Right to education which makes it compulsory for international public schools to reserve some seats for poor ,most of the parents oppose it by saying that these poor children will spoil our well educated children .We simply don't treat poor children as children .Some of us care more for the pet than these children .
The simple question I want to ask from this society is that why can't we have those big demonstrations we hold against rape, corruption and other issues and try to bridge that gap between India and Bharat . and even media ,they should focus more on issues related to poor rather than every single tweet of a celebrity. Movies should also depict these things because literature also holds the key for change.
And in doing this we should not limit ourselves by opening one or two schools or hospitals for poor but instead we should utilise our energy for improving government schools. Because poor of this country only wants his due right not charity and we should commit ourselves for this because we are already doing direct help part by paying taxes.
